Positive: Despite a rocky, frustrating check-in, our stay was saved by our butler Farhana. From the moment she stepped in, she handled everything with grace and efficiency—offering a warm greeting to deliver us our room keys , personally resolving our room and payment issues booking shows for us, and checking in on us throughout the stay. She turned what could have been a ruined trip into a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel is lucky to have her!
